Catering & Hospitality Staff
Our Catering and Hospitality division ranges from the provision of large numbers of silver service or bar staff to support catering at major entertainment and sporting events, through to the permanent recruitment of highly skilled specialists such as head chefs, restaurant managers or even domestic butlers.
Whatever the skill involved, potential employees must meet our predetermined standards. For example, all staff registering with us for temporary silver service or plate waiting work are assessed at interview and, where necessary, given appropriate training in their determined skill. Health & Safety and food handling training takes place in-house as part of our ongoing development for all staff.
If clients require more specific skills from staff we will design bespoke training programmes.
For permanent roles we offer an in-depth service with each candidate interviewed by one of our experienced consultants and, if suitable, reference-checked to our satisfaction before being put forward to the client for shortlisting or final interview.
